At the Bridge we can provide the following services for you and your dependent children if you are the victim of domestic violence (it can affect anyone and can be physical, verbal, emotional or sexual). To find out if you are eligible for these services call 410-996-0333 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. You must have an appointment.

Program Description

The Cecil County Help Center operates a food pantry that is designed to assist people who are facing food insecurity throughout Cecil County. The pantry directly serves individuals on a daily basis by providing food that is donated by a variety of community partnerships.

Individuals and families can receive food commodities by visiting the Help Center, Monday-Friday between the hours of 9-12pm and 1-3:30pm. Individuals and families may be eligible for emergency food designed to provide meals for 3-5 days through a referral made by the Department of Social Services.

TVC, in partnership with the Washington, DC VA Medical Center, offers a virtual Pro-Bono Advice & Referral Legal Clinic for Women Veterans, their families, caregivers and survivors twice a month. Appointments must be made in order to speak with an attorney free of charge.

This clinic is staffed by female attorneys for women veterans.

  • Discharged under conditions Other than Honorable (OTH) or Undesirable.
  • You have a diagnosis of, or exhibit symptoms of, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), traumatic brain injury (TBI), or other mental health condition.
  • We find at least one meritorious argument to present to the Discharge Board.

Program Description

The University of Baltimore Low Income Taxpayer Clinic is an academic clinic operating within the Clinical Law Offices of the University of Baltimore School of Law. The clinic is not part of the Internal Revenue Service. We provide independent legal representation to taxpayers in disputes with the IRS.
